I decided to order my dress online on a website that said they could provide my gown for me in plenty of time for my wedding. Well lets just say the whole thing turned into a disaster. The dress still hadn't arrived one week before my wedding and I had already paid them $500. I called Bridal Center in Lehi to see if by chance they had anything similar. The girl on the phone was so helpful. She told me to come in that day. I arrived and was happy to find such a good selection of wedding gowns at great prices. I found a dress but it needed a few alterations. They were so great. They rushed my alterations in only a few days so I would have a beautiful gown on my day. The crazy thing about all of this is I ordered my dress online in hopes to save money but in the end I found a dress at the Bridal Center comparable to what I bought online plus I had them to help me with the alterations. I wish so bad I just would have gone to this shop first instead of trying to save money. They were huge life savers. Who knows if the internet store will even give me my $500 back. Whatever you do don't order online just go to this shop they will take care of you.

Horrifying

Honestly, there is nothing about this shop that is good. From the moment you drive up to the parking lot you realize you have come to the worst bridal shop in Utah. One of the dressing rooms has a rod hanging across it where wedding dresses and formal gowns hang - it also happens to be right over the toilet. Personally, I would be horrified to think that my wedding dress was hanging above the toilet. Especially if someone with bad aim uses the toilet. The staff was horrifying. Julie is nasty to work with and unashamedly rude. Do not go here. It is the most appalling store and has the most awful staff I have ever dealt with.

Absolutely LOVE this shop

I loved buying my dress at the Bridal Center. They have a great staff of people and they were always so nice when I came in for fittings. I especially thought they had such a nice selection of gowns at a nice price. This was one stop shopping for me. I was able to find everything I need.. Dress, veils, shoes, Jewelery. I Highly recommend the Bridal Center. They made my experience easy!!!
