Good, But . . . Down Sides: 3. Good service, good ambience, great food. BUT! There are three sticking points that make the Orem Golden Corral experience ONLY good.

1. Sometimes when business is slow, servers stand in the dining area gossiping about fellow servers and management. Staff issues should not be discussed near patrons -- however few there are.

2. Many Golden Corral's customarily offer patrons freshly baked bread. Orem's servers sporadically suggest I serve myself. One standard, please!

3. A few weeks ago, we saw children running around unsupervised. When we complained (after one little girl crashed into my mother's chair) the manager gave us a vague speech about how he couldn't tell people not to bring kids, because this is a family restaurant.

It IS perfectly reasonable to remind parents to watch over their own children. It is the responsibility of neither the management nor that of the other patrons to do it for them.
