I own a home in Utah which we had to move from when my husband joined the Navy. I chose REMS because they took less monthly to manage the property. I should have known I'd get what I paid for. I don't know how they've done with the tenants - I've never spoken with them. But I can say that as a home owner, I've been unsatisfied enough to seek a new property management company and pay a higher monthly fee just so things can be done correctly.

- Cons: slow & incorrect payment, poor customer service
Completely unhelpful when problems come up

My HOA uses this company, but if it was up to me, I would not. A leak in my condo's wall was poorly repaired last winter, only to come up again this year, damaging carpet, drywall and baseboards. After calling through the last 2 weeks, they still have not even sent anybody to look at the problem.
They bill me without sending bills or receipts, which I have requested and been promised multiple times. Every time my requests are ignored.
I'm currently trying to address electrical problems and have received nothing but resistance from the property manager in getting things fixed.

Very Bad Experince

I rented an apartment managed by this company. When a fence fell on my car, they said that they would work with the owner of the apartments to make things right. After several unreturned phone calls they told me my car wouldn't be fixed and I would have to eat the cost on my car. Very Poorly Managed.
