Do not use them. Summit Realty is the worst business I have ever dealt with. The agents don't do anything, and the broker is a complete liar. No one would return my calls or inform me of what was going on. Someone called in and was interested in my home, and rather than showing it to them, the broker just GAVE THEM A KEY and said to let themselves in! She had never even met this person before! Then, when I asked her about it, she lied, and then got mad and said, "Ok, well do you want your house to sell or not?!" Like I had done something wrong! Please, do not do business with these people!…
