Lazy Workers. WHen i went to Party Land, they had very lazy service. I asked the store clerk if they had hawiian Themed decorations and she repiled "I would do something else, casue everyone does that one." I ingored her and looked for thrity mintues. Finally i was very mad and asked her again. Then she told me that they were all out of things. I would not even waste your time.

Decent product. Lousy and terrible customer service. Only interested in the fast money.. I recently rented a small PA system. I picked it up on Sat morning. I should have had it back Monday by 9, but it was shortly after noon on Monday that I was able to get it back. They charged an entire extra day and kept citing "You clearly understood the policy since your signature is right here". I was never told about the details of the agreement and was demeaned and made to feel stupid that I should have understood, since I had signed it.

This enforcing of a policy when clearly the dictates of customer loyalty (much less customer sat) would have been easily demonstrated have cost them many future rentals. I encourage everyone to find somewhere else to shop from. If you do rent anything from them, I advise you to read carefully the contract as they will do anything possible to use it to their advantage.
