WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!. Going here was the worst possible decision i have made. James Walker is the owner and he is the most conceded individual i have ever met. We buy a dress and mark and my fiance is just waiting to get her shoes so she can get it hemmed. While we are waiting they call her and tell her that they have sold her dress and that she now needs to try and fit into a size 4 instead of the 2 that we ordered. When we went in there the first time they said that it would take 6 months to order a dress so we thought that that was our only option. We went in there and James proceeded to talk over and make my fiance cry. He used is age and manipulated and cornered her to cry and convince her that she would not fit a size 2 when she had already tried it on 3 different times. He told us to not come in there and disrespect him in his shop and that in life you don't always get what you want. I am pretty sure when you pay for something you get exactly what you want or you don't pay for it. I would never want this to happen to anyone else that is why i am posting this. James thinks very highly of himself.. DO NOT GO TO THE EMPORIUM!
