Mitchell's Have Always Done Good Work. Mitchell's have always done good work on my cars. Recently, my "check engine" light was on. Sears Automotive misdiagnosed the scanner code and were ready to charge me $1100 to replace my spark plugs and coil packs. At Mitchell's, they found that the O2 sensor on the catalytic converter was bad, and fixed it for much cheaper. The problem had nothing to do with spark plugs or coil packs.

Mitchell's were honest with me, fixed the problem quickly, and saved me a LOT of money.
