Down Hill Fast. When I first moved to Utah 15 years ago Beto's was THE place for quick, good Mexican food at a great price. When one opened in Bountiful I was excited for a good place to get a breakfast burrito. As of late however the prices have gone up and the service/portions WAY DOWN! Even the people at my work laughed at the burrito I got this morning after waiting at the window for 10+ minutes. It was so small the tortilla was wrapped around itself completley, TWICE! The napkins and sauce in the bag weighed more than the burrito did! They have gotten my last dollar along with my co-workers. We'll all be heading to the Dell Taco down the street.

Betos...Amazing food. But you'd be amazed what can be found inside your food.. Provo Betos, as of yestarday it used to be my favorite restaurant to go to. Like everyone says, cheap, and amazing food!. Anyway, me and two other friends went there yestarday night, we ordered some quesadillas, as we were eating them one of my friends found a hair in between all the beans and the meat...but It wasn't a regular hair...It looked like a pubic hair. Yeah. At first we couldn't believe it so we kept eating, but as we looked closer...it looked more and more like a pubic hair.

We felt it and it was deffinetly a hair. It was thick. And i am not going into more details. So we decided to go tell them what we found in our food, and they couldn't care less. They offered to make a new one, but we told them there is no way we would eat one of their foods again. Very poorly customer service, as we were walking away they started laughing.

We think that they either put stuff in your food, or the man making the food doesn't wash his hands after a break. Since yestarday, i don't think i could ever eat Betos again.

You'll either love it or hate it!. WIth its 24 hour service, huge portions, cheap prices, and authentic Mexican tastes; Betos is loved by many. However, if you have tendencies toward indigestion, are watching your weight, are a health food nut or vegetarian, are cleanliness obsessed, or don't like un-Americanized fast food, stay clear. This ain't no Taco Bell! I recommend El Burrito Texano and the Breakfast Burritos. Huge and delicious!
