Jewelry that falls apart!. Don't spend a single dime here! I bought an incredibly nice engagement ring here last year and it's already falling apart! The center stone is loose, and one of the smaller stones is sinking. I took it in to have them fix it, (same jeweler that made the ring) and they want me to pay some ridiculous amount for it. So much for their warranty. They don't stand by their jewelry. There are plenty of places out there that actually care about their customers. Choose one and stay away from Losee.

A great experience. We bought our engagement and wedding rings here and it was a great experience. Lilian helped us build the ring of our dreams (literally) and gave us a nearly unbelievable price. We never felt pressured at all, and Lilian's input and extensive jewerly knowledge and experience really helped spark our own creativity, and they were patient with a few changes we wanted to make to the finished product (at no charge). Overall it really was a great experience. Lilian's only in the store on Friday afternoons (she's worth the wait) but even when she wasn't there Shenoah helped us out a ton. There were a few hang-ups with some of the details of the groom's band, but nothing they couldn't handle. Really, I think you'll be most satisfied if you get your rings from Losee.
