AWEFUL Post-procedure treatment

While Dr. Jaramillo is a pleasant man and makes procedures as painless as possible, the pleasantries end there. When the procedure didn't heal properly, I was told it was my problem to solve. Then, after 4 YEARS I received a bill saying that I still owed a balance (on the thing that didn't work). His staff is terrible to work with and even try to communicate with. They are uncaring, unethical (see the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act), and just plain rude.

Don't be fooled by the pretty office. This is not an establishment you want to get involved with. Find a different doctor.
