A Provo Tradition. This place seems to draw in everyone that visits Provo. Obviously the location helps. I think the food is overrated, but, overall, I think the food is very good. I love the calzones and salad bar. The Mormon beer (root beer or apple beer) is excellent as well.

Delicious pizza! Home brewed root beer... yummy!. Tasty pizza... The home brewed root beer was delicious. It was a pleasant experience. We didn't have any wait when we went. There are plenty of college students on staff waiting to take care of you. I was surprised at the size of the restaurant. It's huge! It's a little confusing walking around in there, but it's got a good atmosphere. It's definitely more of the kind of place you go to hang out with friends... not really ideal for that romantic date.

Best Pizza ever . . . in Provo. Bar far the best pizza place in Provo. If you are forced to be in Provo, and need a good place, this is it. Just remember that 'Happiness is seeing Provo in your rear-view mirror'.

Nice atmosphere. Gourmet style pizzas. The basic pizzas are, well, basic and relatively expensive. But the specialty pizzas are worth the wait and BYU crowds.

I recommend going.

Don't go for just the pizza. True, the Brick Oven is a great get together spot. My mother-in-law worked there 25+ years ago, so it has some nostalgic value. But, as far as really good pizza is concerned it's only so-so. The dough is average, the toppings are average, the cheese is average... you get the idea. And, on top of the "averageness" of the pizza, its just too expensive. So, if someone else is buying... enjoy; otherwise it's not worth it.

37 YEARS. 37 years ago I was introduced to "Heaps of Pizza" as it was then known. I'm happy to report that my family and I STILL make it a point to enjoy a meal at the "Brick Oven" whenever we are able to visit Utah. The Pasta Bar (multiple pastas and sauces from which to choose, and cooked to order piping hot) and the well-stocked Salad Bar are definate standouts. The Pizza is delicious, and ranks right up there close to the top (reserved of course for N.Y.C. - the Valhalla of Pizzadom.) It's a great place to take your family, located across the street from Brigham Young University and the college crowd.

You people must be high. Whoever rates this place higher than a 4 has never ventured outside the geographic boundaries of Utah County. I've had better pizza from (fill in the blank chain delivery pizza). Yes the rootbeer is good. If you think this is a place to see beautiful people, see the first sentence. Lots of BYU students - eating and working there. I'll pass.

Nice place to go with friends or family. I have lived and travelled to many places and I have to say that the Brick Oven is one of my favorite restaurants. I am not a huge fan of Utah, but this place is great. The food is good and the atmosphere is wonderful. I can't believe everyone who rated it only talked about the rootbeer. They are famous for their apple beer. There are very few places in the US that serve apple beer & this is one of them. By the way, anyone who expects to have alcoholic beer with their pizza shouldn't be looking for it in Provo, Utah.

Blah. I was not impressed at all with Brick oven pizza. It really made me think that the people who told me to go there, really have bad taste! The pizza wasn't all that great, and it was not worth the price you paid for it! I would have rather ordered a delivery pizza!
