Mama Mia!. Ottavio's is the best Italian Restaurant in Utah. I'm from New York and grew up On good Italian food and thought I would never find it here. What a wonderful surpize! From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted warmly by Vic, the very handsome Italian gentlemen that owns the restaurant, to the last spoonful of Zabione, you're in heaven! The aromas, sounds, and scenery are all wonderful. Best eggplant parmesan I have ever eaten! The sauces are made fresh each day and are robust yet not overpowering. The pizza is excellent. Week ends there is a strolling accordianist who sometimes sings. If you are lucky, there will also be a very talented singer or two that will sing a beautiful aria from an Opera. I could say more, but I think I will just drive to Provo for my favorite Italian meal!

Gnocchi & Tiramisu YUMMY!. You can't beat the atmosphere and food at Ottavio's. I've been going since the day they opened and the food has always been excellent. The only con is the parking, but it won't hurt anyone to walk a block or two down Center Street's beautiful tree lined streets.

An authentic Italian restaurant in downtown Provo owned by Sicilian Vic Balsano, Utah Valley's Ottavio's Ristorante Italiano offers fresh Italian food in a tasteful, old-world Italian atmosphere.
The Food
After a fine appetizer, and an entree like eggplant Parmigiana, chicken penne pesto, or fettucini alfredo, top off your night out with a dessert of tiramisu or cannoli for a perfect end to an impeccable meal. Entrees are $9-$15, and the authentic taste is worth it. The atmosphere is a setting for a special night out, or a relaxed fine dinner with the family. Servers are friendly and professional.

Sweet service, Yummy Food. Ottavio's great service is barely overshadowed by their phenominal food. If you want real italian- the kind your mouth waters for . . . you want Ottavio's!

Great Italian Food!. If you're looking for authentic Italian food, Ottavio's is the place to go. Best gnocchi, caprese, calzoni, and pesto sauces you'll find in the area. Why go to Tucci's when you can go to Ottavio's?!

This place was amazing!!!. I'm from southern utah and some friends took me to Ottavio's. What a fantastic atmosphere and amazing food! I was very, very impressed and will make sure I eat there again when I'm up north!!

Great!. We went to Ottavios for our anniversary. The staff was friendly and treates us well. They even gave us free dessert and said they'd send us gift certificates for our anniversary!

When in Rome.... Ottavio's ambience is so thick you can cut it with a (butter) knife! From the moment you walk through the doors, you are transported to the side streets of Rome. Not only is the cuisine divine, but your other senses are embraced as well. Some nights you are lucky enough to be treated to the operatic talents of the owner, other times it is a strolling minstrel performing your requests and other ethnic favorites on his accordion.
