not what it seems. I have lived at roman gardens for a while now and i can honestly say its not worth what you have to pay. Sure the BYU singles wards are great and very social. however i have had more problems than i can say with poor maintainence and disrespectful management. take advice from someone who has lived here, "choose somewhere else, or at least take a look at one of the apts. before signing a contract."
