its preety good..... i love this theater people are right about the lines though they are confusing but i recommend that they should put some rope up so it is in diffrent sections to make it more timing to other people that arent waiting in line for a big prameir movie. it tends to get really cold in the theater its self but in the waiting area it gets preety hot. i think there timing for the movies are perfect though and the way they have every thing set up i think it makes it the perfect place to go if you have big familys one of the best parts of the theater is the seating because it goes up in a slope so every one can see and the seats are very comphy. i would recommend going there.

Outdated. This theater is getting a little old to continue charging full priced tickets. The ticket window waiting area is very inconvenient, and causes a lot of confusion and line cutting. Not nearly as clean as it was a few years ago. This theater is definately on a downhill slide. If they don't do a renovation soon, I don't see myself continuing to see movies there for much longer.

Its okay, but I'd go elsewhere. Thiss used to be a nice place to catch a movie. One might argue that it doesn't attract as many moviegoers due to the newer Jordan Commons and Provo Town Center theaters, but I think people are just tired of being treated like cattle whenever they attend this Carmike theater.

Carmike has management issues. The staff is poorly trained and even rude at times. My concessions cashier barely made eye contact and never said thank you, etc.

The complex is setup horribly. Trying to buy tickets is a nightmare, even with a line of as few as 10 people. The doors to the entrance of the building are right next to the ticket counters, and once you get inside you'll find a tiny lobby where waiting for your movie is very awkward to say the least.

Sorry Wynnsong...at one time you were a good theater....now your just simply thumbs down.

Used to like it.... What's happened to this theater??? Only a few years ago, it was in great shape and the best theater to go to. Now it's falling apart, smells, and looks like there's been no maintenance going on. They don't always pick up the big movies either. What a shame!
