BYU. If you don't mind that drinking coffee, masturbating, or having pre-martial sex will be reasons for you to get kicked out of the school, then by all means go to BYU. Its a bunch of old men trying to control younger people, and yes girls still get raped here and if you are gay they give you electroshock therapy.

BYU is an oasis for Mormon students who want education, with a "higher" goal.. Just the Facts
Brigham Young University was founded in Provo in 1875. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints sponsors this private school attended by approximately 30,000 students. BYU offers bachelor's degrees in 217 academic programs, master's degrees in 75 and doctorates in 29. Students of other faiths are allowed to attend BYU, but the school is clear about its spiritual mission.

Cerebral Pursuits
The school has an obvious religious concentration, but is highly regarded for its academic programs. The J. Reuben Clark Law School and the Marriott School of Business are particularly distinguished, with the accounting program ranked sixth in the nation by U.S. News and World Report.

getin freaky!. BYU is a great place no matter what kind of person you are, unless you are someone who depends soley on other people for your own self-esteem. but what place is good for people like that? BYU is fun, clean and unlike any other place in that standards do stand out in people. SMILE you're at BYU!!!

Great place.. Sure it's Mormonville, but if you're looking for some clean fun, cool people, and cute girls, "this is the right place". True, there are some weirdos who might make convey a holier-than-thou attitude, but the people I've met for the most part come from all sorts of backgrounds, possess a variety of personalities, and are probably the friendliest around.

pure bliss. you can't beat the scene in this happy valley. eveyone is clean, pretty and extra friendly. you may think it's hickish, but more then half of BYU students come from places outside of utah, and a good percentage from cities and other more "sophisticated" places. basically, its just a bunch of fun, single people looking for good clean (and usually cheap) fun.

Outstanding University. With a little more funding, this could be the Harvard of the West. The teachers are very high quality, among the best in the world, and the students consistently rate as high as those at Harvard, Stanford, etc--and keep getting better. Many programs are top three or four in the nation, notably finance and accounting. Add in the one-time National Champion football team (1984) that regularly looks like they could do it again and an environment that values faith on an equal footing with other methods of learning and you have a unique university experience that will tower above the rest. For a religious university, this school is surprisingly open on all matters except morality. (Family is a big value.) Diversity-wise, there is a huge contingent of international students, perhaps more of a variety than at any other university. The school's motto is "Enter to learn, go forth to serve."

for good clean fun. Meeting someone at BYU is definitely not for everyone. But if you're like me, and want to meet someone with the same high standards as you, BYU is the place to go. If you're not smart enough to go there, then UVSC will also work. I met my wife at BYU, and my time there was the funnest time of my life. Everyone is happy and outgoing, and can have a good time without state-of-mind-altering-substances. Who else can say that?
