Great Salon. Karri at Diva's has been doing my hair for years, when I decided to have highlights, she did them. She is one of the kindest and friendliest people I know. She does a great job. I can't help but think that the one bad review was done by someone who would complain no matter what. (We all know people like her) You can go into Diva's with confidence that you will come out looking great.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO IF YOU WANT HIGHLIGHTS OR COLOR IF YOU CARE AT ALL WHAT YOUR HAIR LOOKS LIKE!!!. I came to this salon and had the owner do my hair. I have highlights in my hair so I had come in for a simple touchup. well I told her to just match my ends and blend it so it looks natural. well she sugested we put some of my natural color back in. I told her NO. I had had a bad exsperience with a girl doing that. she didn't match my natural hair color correctly and put in an orangey gold. Well she said that she would do a nice job. So an hour or so later...I have HORRIBLE brassy orangey gold in my hair and no highlights to speak of. So to fix this mess she decided to put a toner in my hair. well she was very sloppy and just rubbed it into my hair here and there. So a few minutes later I have GRAY HAIR. She acted like she couldn't even see the gray. Well I begged her to take the gray out because I didn't want gray hair. So she pulled that out. she then asked me what I wanted her to do. I told her over and over...I just wanted you to match my ends. This was a concept this woman couldn't seem to grasp. She then decided to put in some blonde but just on the top of my head and she made it very thick. so I ended up with a huge blonde stripe down the middle of my head. This woman did not know how to listen. She was too busy chit chatting to everyone in the salon and on the phone. She was VERY sloppy!! She clearly needs to go back to school or retire! Now I have to live with this. Thanks alot!
