Always more than satisfied.. Thai ruby is by far our favorite restaurant. I've never had better Thai food in Salt Lake or Utah Valley. The masaman is amazing and a favorite dish. In venturing out and trying other plates we have not once been less than satisfied. Good currys, soups, pad thai and desserts to die for.Thai Ruby is the best around.…
Fantastic Thai Food in Utah Valley. The best Thai Food in Utah Valley by far! We have gone to most, and always return to Thai Ruby. We love the curries (ordered mild). The house curry and masuman curry are our favorite. Another good combo is the Pad Thai and the Cashew chicken. The sticky rice and mango for desert are awesome. The prices are about $10 a plate, but with food this good, I don't complain.…
EXCELLENT. People who do not like this restaurant have not ventured out to taste very many different ethnic foods. Yes, there are a few dishes in this restaurant that have been Americanized in order to give people as mentioned above an option that won't be too much for their taste buds. However, I have had Thair food all over the United States and in the orient and this restaurant is superior, by far. Yeah, it could be decorated better, but remember, it is in Provo Utah, people are cheap - so why go above and beyond when 90% of your clients are STUDENTS! The service is excellent and the people are very friendly.…
Great authentic Thai food. Thai Ruby is about the only Thai restraunt in Utah valley that actually is owned and operated by Thai people. I spent many years working in Thailand and it is about as close as they come. We went there for lunch and they were efficient and courteous. The food was very good and the Mango over sticky rice covered with coconut milk was to die for. It made me miss Thailand. I would highly recommend it for anyone wanting authentic Thai food.…
Better Thai elsewhere. There are a lot of returned missionaries I know who love this place, frankly I can't understand why. The dishes are not only nothing like dishes in Thailand, but they are not good by any standard.
