Service Technician. We had an alarm installed over two years ago, it worked for about a month then quit, we were resigned to paying for it until the contract was over because when we called we got the run around. We changed banks and when they did not get their money, lo and behold they called us. They sent a tech out to fix everything, Hiram Tame was just fantastic, he fixed all the issues, explained everything to us, including things the installer never did. We are extremely happy with the service from Hiram. …

Northstar Alarm Service. Yesterday Brian Connelly knocked on our door and opened a completely new way to look at home protection. He was very professional, courteous and informed. He presented the Northstar program and sold us on the idea. He ordered the service and within the hour Jacob Farthing was here. He was another exceptional young man. He represented his company with pride, knowledge and efficiency. We were very impressed with his work and his instructions on how to use the system.
