Utah County's Best Restaurant. What an incredible eating out experience. Everything was amazing!

We were seated promptly. The atmosphere was perfect. From the trellises of vines over the booths to the wood fire roaring by the bar, just sitting there was fun.

The customer service was perfect. We told our waiter, Chris, that we were very hungry and he immediately ran and grabbed us fresh bread and drinks. He then gave us some very good advice on the menu.

I've had Calamari in five star restaurants from three different continents, and the Calamari appetizer at Carrabba's was the best I've ever had (make sure to get the lemon kind). The rest of the meal followed suit. The en trees were hot and served just like we had wanted. The desserts were creative and delicious. To top it all of, on our way out the manager came over and personally thanked us for coming.

Overall it was a perfect eating-out experience. Great customer service, great food, great atmosphere, great prices.

The sirloin Marsala is to die for.. The sirloin Marsala is divine. Totally calorie laden, but divine nonetheless The Pasta Weezie is also very good. However, I totally reccomend that if you are going to eat that dish you should order it at the bar since the hotter it is off the grill the better it is. I know that sounds like Malarkey, but try it.. youll be surprised. Clay Drinkwater, the proprietor has really made a difference in quality of the food, timeliness of the service. The sad part is that now you might have to wait to get a table... It's a great place.

An open kitchen churns out wood-fired pizzas and fresh-made pastas at this casual Sicilian-American chain.. In Short
Decorated with family photos of founders Damian Mandola and Johnny Carrabba, the open dining rooms pack groups of friends and extended families into four- and six-person tables and booths; smaller parties or couples can grab stools at the open kitchen's adjoining bar to watch chefs make dinner. The traditional southern Italian menu offers grill specialties like steak Marsala and fire-roasted chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes; pasta dishes include fettuccine Alfredo and garlic-sauteed shrimp with linguine.
