Great Company. The Owner is a great man. They work their hardest to do the things that are needed to get done. I have had a great experience with them.

No Respect or Communication. The Employees running the rental department have no idea what they are doing. I kept getting harassed by them, stating all of these things i wasn't allowed to do in the place i was renting even though there was no mention of it in the contract i signed. When i brought that to their attention they had nothing to say about it, they just danced around the problem. Once i gave them my 30 days notice of moving out, they let me know ONE time that there would be somebody coming over to look at the place and someone from the management company would be there to show it, and nobody ever even showed up. There were multiple times where the company would just show up(without any notice to me) to show to possible renters, with complete disregard that i was still living there. They even showed the place when i was out of town and they left lights and the air conditioning on. Take caution with Advantage Management, i have had a horrible experience with them, and would not recommend them to anyone.

Advantage Management SUCKS. I recently bought a town home and I regret it. Wednesday they left a threatning note on the door telling residents we are repaving your driveway and get your car out of the driveway by 7:00 Thursday morning or your car will be blocked in and if anyone touched the driveway you are fined 250.00$ They roped off the drive ways 48 hours ago requiring residents to park a block away and these idiots have not been seen them since. I have furniture and a fridge being delivered and cannot reschedule without a fee. I called them and was promised someone will call me back. Must have been too big a bother for them. You idiots at A.M. are free to inconvenience those of us paying your salary with little notice when perhaps it would be nice if you are to ask those of us living here if they can schedule something

Terrible HOA company. I have lived with Advantage management being in charge of our town home HOA for 3 1/2 years now and have had nothing but bad experiences. The included insurance for your home does not cover doors, garage doors, and windows because "they are both inside and outside parts of the house" sounds like a bad excuse to not cover these parts of your home so they can save money. Our HOA fee has also gone up twice totaling about $25 more per month in the past 3 1/2 years. This is due to bad builders of our townhomes and so we have to pay for their mistakes which does not make sense. Snow removal never happens. I highly recommend running from this management system.

HORRIBLE!!!!!. Do not use this company for anything! They ran our community into over $30,000 worth of debt over 15 months without telling the homeowners and now are coming to us to pay off the debt. Several homeowners have asked for financial records and have received different documents that don't match up. Jason told us he has been "paying our bills" on a personal Cabellas credit card, but refuses to show us the statement. They have hired companies that are way over charging us for their services. They have never gotten bids to find cheaper services. They have not sent out any financial records. They have not tried to have an HOA meeting. They have not done the things they promise to do on their website. They really do not care about their clients and everything they do with our money is fishy!

Not much management involved.. Our condos are managed by these guys and it has been a horrible experience! Snow removal has been a joke for years, there are many improvements that are needed that "they will get to", the pool doesn't stay clean, etc. I've gone to their location to resolve an issue I had with the pool "key" they provided me and their staff definitely need an attitude adjustment as well...

Stay away from using these guys, or from the condos they manage!

poor management. This is the poorest management group I have ever seen...we don't have emergency phone numbers posted in our building. Posting of condo fees isn't being done. Snow removal has been terrible!
