I've been a Mark Anthony Salon client for four years. I have a standing appointment every two weeks and I have to say that Mark and his staff have always made me feel welcome and appreciated.

I'm in a Mark Anthony Salon chair 26 times a year (over 100 times in 4 years) and you can't be someplace that often over that many years without knowing what kind of folks you're dealing with.

I can tell you, unequivocally, that the quality of Mark Anthony Salon's services . . . hair, facials, nails, spa . . . from my own experience and from what I've heard over the years from friends (Springville is, after all, a small town!) is exceptional because Mark and his staff care deeply about the needs and desires of each and every client.

Who could ask for anything more?

This place is crap!!. This was my second attempt to get service from this crappy excuse for a salon. Aveda should be ashamed to have their name associated with this dump!!!! I have been to several Aveda and non Aveda Spas and this is the WORST service I have ever received. They are RUDE and LAZY!!! After the first trip in I assumed that the lousy rude costumer service was due to maybe a bad day, so I gave them a second chance only to be treated worse. All I did was walk in to ask for an appointment to get a pedicure done and was ignored while the staff played on the computer and talking to friends that were just there to visit. After waiting 10 minutes I was turned away because they said they were closing in 35 minutes. Unless you want to be treated like crap STAY AWAY!! There are several other Spas/ Salons within a 5-10 min drive from this place and they will actually treat you like a person.

So Nice. This Aveda salon is welcoming, customer-service oriented, with tasteful decor, and soothing surroundings. The owner is friendly and very available for his personal service, which is top-notch. Their spa services are fantastic, especially the massage. It could be because they're in Springville that their prices are a bit lower than most Aveda concept salons I've been to. Very nice place! Highly recommended.
