The most exciting invention in digital photography since the advent of the digital sensor itself, is the ability to shoot high quality Infrared imaging on the fly. Both your 590nm and 830nm have proven this to me above and beyond any doubt. As the saying goes, "A picture speaks a thousand words." And so each of the IR images your customers bring back from the field are testimonials to your engineering and customer service abilities.

All I can say is I have used Spencer's Camera many time over the years and have found their service to be nothing less than wonderful! The owner and employees are all very nice personable people working very hard to keep their customers happy. You won't beat their service and pricing. Many times they have come in under the original repair estimate and faster than expected. I am a experienced professional photographer (32 years) and very picky. I expect the best from professional businesses and have had many runnins with local and out of state camera repair/service companies. I have never had a problem with Spencer's. My last experience with Spencer's saved me over $1000 rather than sending my Nikon D3s to the manufacturer. After finding Spencer's 10 years ago I won't use anyone else. Thanks for the great service!

I have been shooting my new IR Canon 7D camera for a month that I purchased from you. Everything is just wonderful. I love shooting IR with the ease of no lens filters and no long exposures. The images are crisp and sharp with very nice contrast. Thank you very much for the good job and fast delivery..

I just received my new IR camera and have spent the weekend shooting the new world of IR. I have two previously IR converted cameras from another company but always had focus and exposure problems. The Nikon D7000 I purchased from you is amazingly sharp and calibrated to perfection. It’s refreshing to get the results I always wanted and could never quite achieve. Thanks for the attention to detail and not just the $$$.

I have used Spencer's Camera & Photo for many IR conversions and a few Astroconversions totaling more than a dozen cameras. I have nothing but good to say concerning their workmanship and professionalism. I first found them after a bad experience with another conversion provider which left my camera non-functioning. I sent it to Spencer's Camera & Photo and had it back within a week perfectly repaired and working perfectly. Their pricing was very fair and the camera soon became my favorite IR camera. I have since used them many times often with discounts for being a return customer. They do not need to offer discounts but they do so to say thank you for the repeat business.

Thank you very much for the repair service and IR conversion you performed on my Nikon D300. I now have my baby back in great working order. I am now a convert to IR photography as well. It was a very good decision to send my camera to you for the repair and IR conversion job. Also, thank you for the discount on the repair. It's wonderful that you provided a discount on the repair if ordering the IR conversion for the same camera. Many of my friends have older none working SLR's that will be coming your way for resurrection and conversion.
