The people are terrible. Do NOT use this company if you are considering Dish or Direct. The sale person lied to my face and I am stuck with a $100 cancelation fee that the sales person told me I wouldn't have to worry about if I cancelled my order before installation. Make sure you read the FINE print and not what the sales person is saying!!!!!!

These people are a bunch of crooks. Anyone considering satellite TV service thru these guys needs to read their contract....the fine print on the back!
