personaly know the kitchen staff and wait staff. i have never had a problem with chilie's! the back of house traner who over sees most of the production is verry nitpicky about how the kitchen is ran and how clean it is. great place if you ever have worried about who is preparing your food, with bryan you will never question it agen!
