Rude service. Tried to get a couple of items at the store, but the service there was awful. After getting someone's attention (this took a few minutes) it was if I was interrupting his day to try and give him my money to pay.

Ugh!

Excellent customer service!. Dave, (the assistant manager) did such a nice job of service recovery that I had to post a review. I purchased a product that was unsatisfactory. When I returned it the 2nd time, frustrated, he handled the transaction in such a friendly, professional way, I left feeling like any of my Mac purchases in the future will be through him. Thanks, Dave!
