This company is a Scam
by stacylynn2233
This Company is out to scam people. I actually worked for this company for a few weeks and it sure didn't take long to realize there are out to rip people off. While I worked there we did satisfactory surveys and 98 percent of customers were unhappy with their purchase. That is ridiculous. The sad thing about it is all of their customers are elderly, and most don't have much money. To sale an elderly person three thousand dollar hearing aids that don't even work is a lot of money out of his or her way. When a customer would call we were instructed to tell he or she, "It takes at the minimum six adjustments before it is perfectly adjusted to your hearing loss". It was just a way to push a complaining customer away. Plus, the supervisor over customer service is a total sexual harrassing pervert.

I'm not sure that get anything right, except for taking my money. Folks, I'm not trying to be mean, but it is in your best interest NOT to do do business with this company. I'm sorry I did. Everything is fine at first, but they are so disorganized. First you are told that you'll get a call from this person or that person who will take care of things. Then when that doesn't happen, they apologize and tell you that the person who was supposed to call isn't available. Then some heavy handed manager will get on the phone. If I've heard it once I've heard it a dozen times, "We're sorry for your problems, but due to our phenomenal growth we are experiencing some growing pains." I believe at this point that these people are not only being untruthful, but are also inept. Do business with them at your own peril. Along with the name Harris Hearing, they also do business under the name SPORTEAR. Their performance claims for their products are absolutely false.
- Pros: Lots of promises
- Cons: Inept staff
