Great food, Great Price. Bamboo Hut is a great place to eat. The food is good, the portions are generous and the price is very fair. I heard they opened another Bamboo Hut in SLC. Another review ripped the owner for allegedly ripping someone else off. I do know there was some legal issues, but the review sounds like sour grapes. I love the "Hut" and will continue to eat there. It is much better than other local island restaurants including L & L.
