They don't care about customers. Called in a order at 7:57 pm. Was told to pick it up in 20 minutes. We show up at 8:20 and proceeded to wait 10 minutes for them to make our food. Other customers waiting minutes in front of us for call in orders were offered free drinks. Customers that come in the store after we arrived had their food before we got ours! I asked the manager about why the issue. I was told "its only been 6 minutes of you waiting since you got here". 3 staff members were in the back laughing and playing around "making" our food. As we left costa in Orem.. We got home to find our orders were wrong. I am not certain the employees understand we can eat anywhere... We chose costa for the food and the service. Now we'll be choosing to eat else where. Beware this store. Its clear they don't care.
