I find it suspicious that all of the Reviews are written at the same time, and some are exactly copied and pasted from google reviews. In short, this is the worst management company I've ever had the pleasure of renting from.

Either their secretarial staff is incompetent or they are actively trying to scam you. Constantly we are having to call them to take charges off our account (for example, late rent when we paid rent on time, or charges saying we didn't sign a contact when we did five months ago). They have lost one of our rent checks we dropped off IN PERSON and tried to make us pay 100 dollars for it.

They are impossible to get a hold of. They always say "we will call you back", which actually never happens. You have to constantly call them and be on their backs before they will help you with anything. Honestly, don't rent from these people.

I gotta say how great of an experience I had working with REMS. It's difficult to fins a good company in the Property Management industry but I lucked out by finding these guys. I have been in Utah over 20 years now and no other company has helped me like they have...thanks guys! Definitely recommend.

I am so impressed with REMS. We had been working with their leasing coordinator about move-in charges and instructions via email. Even though we had lots of questions in regards to the utilities and what he needed to do to get keys and sign the lease REMS responded back immediately and several times over the course of one day. IMPRESSIVE response times.

REMS always sends out the professionals. Their maintenance tech was dispatched to my apartment to repair my linoleum yesterday. I appreciated his skill and expertise and his attention to detail. He and REMS did a great job!

REMS stays on top of rental rates, and even got us an extra $100 a month on our home. That's going to help with the increasing property tax rates. They also have our new tenants taking care of some of the maintenance so that will save us money as well. We're so thankful for their help.

REMS sends professionals whenever there's a problem. Yesterday they sent a maintenance tech to repair my linoleum. His attention to detail and overall skills were impressive. Great work from him and REMS!

I was pleased with their work only days after they started. Any issues that came up, they took care of. They never minded the numerous calls to iron out the details. The home was ultimately rented within the week and is now in good hands.

REMS has been managing my HOA for over a year. They have great response time and things are taken care of quickly. It's very comforting to know we have management that we can count on to get things done.
