I am a resident manager and have had a lot of experience with the maintenance crew from REMS. I can assure you that they are wonderful. They get the job done correctly the first time, and also have a great response time. I am very happy with them.

They did a good job at renting my unit out quickly. My experience with REMS has really been great. They follow their own guidelines, but also allow me as the owner to make suggestions, and always let me have the final say with things.

Helpful and Professional. I cannot that REMS enough for their help with our properties. The information sent to me each month is always timely and helpful. Whenever I call them with questions about their process or have any concerns I am blown away with how helpful and professional they are.
