I liked that I got treated like a person and didn't get the usual slimey sales talk that I have received at other dealerships. The guy who helped me was straight-forward and answered all of my questions. I ended up walking away with a new car, and even though I had some fees I am just glad I was approved with my horrible credit. Low Book Sales has a really good selection and a friendly staff, so I would recommend going there if you are in Utah and have a location nearby.

We went here to sell our car and they gave us a written offer for 3800. We were going to be moving so we thought that was great after paying off the loan we would have enough to pay for our truck and gas to move. Well we went back a week 5 days later with only another 35 miles on the car and got 3000. I was not happy but the guy who did up our qoute entered the mileage wrong, which isn't our fault, but because of that they would not honor the 3800. We talked with the manager but he just apologized and said that they couldn't take an 800 dollar loss for that and they were being generous to offer 3000. Well, because we were moving the next day we had but no choice to sell it and did. Then because we had a loan that we would not get our check until they had the title which they had to get from our bank, they said it should be 2 weeks for us to get our check. Well, 2 weeks later I called and they still hadn't sent it off. So finally after 4 weeks and 8 phone calls the lady puts me on hold for 5 minutes comes back and says We just got the title how lucky for you we should be sending the check out next business day. Lucky!!!! Yeah right they had my car for 5 weeks without me getting my money!!! Not to mention it was for way less then promised.
