This review is strictly about Stephanie Bybee. Simply put, she cares more about making a dime than the students that she "trains". She floods the market with new SofTap technicians, behaves unprofessionally and immaturely, and provides an inadequate training experience, both by training ability and training program length. She speaks of her high renown, and extensive experience, but her training packets are basically other SofTap trainers' training manuals thrown into a binder and marketed as her creation. Her business practices are highly unethical, and should be reviewed by SofTap management, as well as by state boards of cosmetology. Hopefully more honest people will realize what she is doing and warn others of this scam. Do not take your classes from her. You may think you were trained appropriately and sufficiently. Do your research and you'll realize what kind of joke her training programs are.
