M. Rich came to our house after one of his co-workers had done what amounted to a cursory job. Mr. Rich had a lovely positive manner. He took a real interest in our house. He realized that as a retired couple, and having been without heat, in the cold for 2 days, we needed heat right away! He inspected the furnace, did a tune up and gave us the best analysis for a good cost effective solution. He then proceeded to follow through by getting the new filters and changing them out for us. By the time he left, 2-3 hours later, we were completely set up for the year. He had the good old fashioned american attitude and good service that everyone looks for, and we just cant thank him enough. It is nice to see someone that will see a job through to the finish!

BruceM came to help me with my sewer. He was very kind and friendly. He listened to my issues/questions, and then suggested a full camera check of the sewer. I was happy to get a chance to see what was in there. He had to remove my basement toilet to get access (which took him no time at all). He made sure that I could see everything as he explained it all to me. It was an informative exploration of my sewer (answered a lot of questions that I had). When I was totally satisfied, he reinstalled the toilet and made sure there were no traces that he had been there (except now the toilet is more solid - no rocking). He worked up quite a sweat doing all the hard labor for me, while I just watched the video and took notes. Great job! No mess, no fuss (for me), and I got to actually see my sewer so that I can now understand it better. He also suggested a few improvements and changes that I could make to have a few less worries with it. I would absolutely call him again for all my plumbing needs, and recommend him to everyone. I enjoyed knowing the price up-front and still getting all my questions answered in detail. He also gave me other recommended names for my heating/electric: DustinV who I used a short time later/Jesse who I will call for electric. Seldom do I think a plumbers visit was a pleasure and worth every penny; this one was!

This is the second time I have had Troy come to my home to resolve electrical issues or install new light fixtures. Troy was very professional, personable, upbeat and knowledgeable. He methodically problem solves and is up to date regarding recalls and safety issues. I will definitely call Any Hour Services again regarding any other problems that come up.

Mark R. came to our house to fix our a/c give our furnace a tune-up. He was absolutely fantastic!! He was very informative, personable,and knowledgeable. We had a flier on our door and decided to go with them. We are sooooo glad that we did. It was so nice that he had the part that needed to be replaced in his truck so that the a/c could get completely fixed the same day. He was very efficient in every aspect of the job. I would definitely recommend Any Hour!! Thanks, Mark!!

Any Hour. We contacted Any Hour in November when our furnace stopped working. Marc, the technician was terrific. Our appointment was scheduled quickly, and when Marc came to install our furnace he was friendly, polite, professional and engaging. He did an excellent job, and walked us through everything he did and offered suggestions to improve our energy efficiency. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again!

These guys are awesome. Any hour has come to my home several times and each visit has left me smiling. Very courteous, knowledgeable and punctual. I felt like they clearly explained the issues and helped me determine the best solution. I recommend these guys to anyone.

Helpful!. I lived without air conditioning for a month in the hottest part of the summer, because I didn't think I could afford to get it repaired. Finally, I decided to have Any Hour come to check out my air conditioner. The technician informed me that my only option was to replace my AC unit I explained to him that I was a single mom and couldn't afford the cost. So he contemplated various options and consulted other technicians. He then worked for 6 hours to get my AC up and going, which, got us through the summer. I will continue to use Any Hour in the future.

Great!. I have had Any Hour coming to my home for many years. As a widow I always feel comfortable with the techs they send to my home. They are polite, courteous, proficient, and knowledgeable. I am careful to compare prices with other companies and I have always found the best service for the money at Any Hour. I've had a furnace replaced various plumbing jobs completed and electrical problems solved as I live in an older home. Thank you Any Hour for your great work ethic and customer service.
