If you love your pets don't take them here. I dropped my pets off for a brush and shampoo at 8am, I went back for them at 3pm to find them being SHAVED! It was dead of winter, very cold and I didn't want them shaved. I told the owners that, and he insisted that is what I had asked for. I just wanted to get my dogs out of there, but one of them was 1/2 way shaved, so I told them to finish, I was finally able to get my dogs 11 hours from the time I had dropped them off. They, of course, charged me for a full shave because the girl said "well, she isn't coming back." And I thought she had rocks for brains.…
