Finally a Hairdresser I Can Trust! Astrid is Amazing!!. Finally a hairdresser I can trust! Astrid is amazing!!! Before I discovered Salon 21, I used to dread the hairdressers. Sitting in the chair experiencing what felt like a white knuckle ride, watching hairdresser after hairdresser cut away.... until finally I discovered Salon 21! The environment is fun and relaxed and I actually look forward to my appointments. My hair has never looked better or been in better condition. I would recommend it to anyone. Its the best around ...and I've tried a few!…

Looooveeedd!!!. I loved Salon 21, it was great. The stylists were very helpful and friendly. I didnt really know what to do with my hair but my stylist was very patient and she helped me decide on a haircut that would look great with the shape of my face. I absolutely loved the haircut I got and afterwards I bought products that my stylist recommended for me and they worked great with my hair! i loved salon 21, i think its the best place to go for personalised help…

Not impressed. I read all these great reviews about this place, and a friend had told me Astrid did a good job with her hair, so I was excited that I got an appointment with her. But when I went and told her what I wanted, I ended up very disappointed.

I asked her to put layers in my hair, but she didn't blend them. Even though I asked her after she was done if she could. She just kept talking about how it was the "way she styled it" and assured me it would blend when I styled it myself. So I went home and took a shower, and restyled it how I would have wanted it, and it still came out looking like a MULLET.

Apparently, layers = mullet at Salon 21.

I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone, but this might have just been an outlier case. Either way, I'm not going back.…
