WARNING!!! They Will NOT Cooperate With You or the Police If Your Broken Into!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! They only have one security camera in the back...8 in the very front. There are none in the middle. They will not review their tapes or turn them over the the police for viewing in the event of a storage unit break-in. They say they don't know how to run the survey equipment and then deny the cops access to it. According to the police they have been broken into several times in the past year (2011-2012) and each time they have denied access to the video surveillance tapes. WHY? We lost our business tools and supplies as well as a lot of personal items.

Awesome! Will use again!. They were very helpful and it is so nice to have a manager on site to ask any questions and be available.

They have a great location and a great price per month. I will use them again if I need another storage unit!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! They are horrible!! This is the worst place I have ever used for customer service!!! I had a unit with them for over a year and never missed a payment. I was on an automatic payment plan so I was never late on payments either. I moved out of my unit on the 3rd but they bill on the 1st. When I asked about a pro-ration for the rest of the month, I was told that they didn't do that. They said that I signed a contract stating that they don't pro-rate but I looked at my contract and there was nothing on there stating this. I am definitely disputing this charge on my credit card. Needless to say, I have never been treated worse by a company and will never use them again. I also do not recommend that anyone else use them either! This was a really bad experience for me.
