EXCELLENT SERVICE. We recently bought an odyssey from Stephen and he was very helpful and professional. We did notice after we bought the van that the brakes needed serviced. We called down and stephen set an appointment right away so we could get it taken care of. They met all our expectations for buying a used car and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again.

DO NOT BUY FROM VELOCITY!!!. If i could do no stars i would. we purchased a car from them 9 months ago, we have had 3 major(1900, 800, and 7000 dollars each) repairs needed all of which have not been covered by the 2000 dollar "extended warranty" we purchased. the owner marcus is difficult to get a hold of and even harderbto deal with! Any good reviews just havent driven their car long enough.

PULL CAR FAX!!!. I saw some online cars for sale & called Friday evening. Asked someone about a car fax, the guy pulled it and told me " This is priced to sell, it is the cleanest car fax I've seen" Told me it had one owner, it was an 08 Honda Odyssey with 39K miles. So I went through the process of getting approved, called MOnday morning & set up a time to come buy it. I decided to pull my own car fax- Just incase, I am glad I did. There is an accident reported, truck lid replaced, left & right side damage & a mileage discrepancy! How dishonest? I almost purchased a car spending just over $19,000.00 because I was TOLD it was a clean carfax!

Quickest and Easiest Car Ever Bought. I was able to buy my car and get on my way in a short amount of time. They were very low key with no pressure to buy. Thank you Cory for helping me choose the right car for my budget. Their cars are the best price anywhere I could find online.

Amazing Place to Buy a Car!!. This was really the best experience you can have buying a car. The guys were so young and had such a great attitude. They all made you feel right at home. There was no pressure what so ever to buy. We bought an odyssey and it was by far the best deal anywhere. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great Car But Terrible Service!. Worst Service I've ever received in my LIFE! I bought a car from Marcus the owner adn he told me that the wheels were new. 1 week later i had 2 tires explode on my and the tire place said that they had slow leaks in them for at least 3 weeks. Which means the car was sitting on their lot and they knew the tires were going flat but went ahead and told me they were new. To top it off, i called down there to talk to Marcus ( the owner and the one who sold me the car.. his wifes car), they put me on hold and then came back and said he was at the gas station and to take a message. I did so, about an hour later the same sales assistant called me back saying Marcus was too busy but had time to relay a message to him stating that (Marcus) " Said that he told me the wheels were a year old when i bought the car" and i said i wouldnt be wasting my time calling you if he had told me that. All in all worst customer service ive ever been given. The owner could have at least called me himself and apologized for his lack of communication, i would have accepted that and wouldnt be leaving a terrible review. Dont buy a car here unless you want to pay more money a week later to replace something that they "forgot" to tell you!
